Once a customer releases their locker, it may take 1-2 business days for the shipping carrier to pick up the items from GoSend and to update the tracking number in the system. Our system will notify the customer via email when their shipments have been picked up by the carrier - at which point they should be able to access the tracking number.


You can view your tracking number as well as other information about your parcel by going to the “My Shipment Orders” page within your GoSend account. From there, you can click on each Order Number to view more information for that particular order including the tracking number, billing and shipping addresses and items in the shipment.
