If a product goes out of stock, you'll receive an email from your GoSend Personal Shopper to let you know. You can either choose a replacement item to add to your order, we can find the item at another retailer (if applicable) or if necessary we can send you a refund.Please keep in mind that our business hours are 9-5 EST Monday-Friday, so our GoSend Personal Shoppers are only available within that window. Any orders submitted over the weekend will be addressed on Monday.
