There are two “arrival times” when you use GoSend. First, all the products you ordered are delivered from the retailer(s) to our GoSend warehouse. Usually, the retailer you purchase from will provide tracking information, which you can use to check on the status of your items and how long it will take for those items to reach your GoSend locker. Every retailer has a different estimate for how long it might take to deliver your products to our GoSend warehouse, but most retailers also offer express shipping if you just can’t wait!
Once your parcels are delivered to our warehouse, we'll send you a confirmation email and you can release your items for international shipping from your GoSend Locker page in your account. The second arrival time take place when your products are shipped from your Locker to your international location.
Depending on the carrier you’ve selected for this shipment, you will experience varied shipping times. For example, DHL is our express service which offers a delivery window of 1 to 5 business days. Some of our cheaper shipping options are also the slower shipping options with delivery windows ranging from 4 to 15 business days.

After releasing your Locker, your products are listed under the “My Shipment Orders” page. Here, you will have access to your tracking number so you can be updated on your package while it is in transit. Note that some carriers offer more tracking updates than others.
