Not to worry – all GoSend shipments are insured. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit from GoSend to you, we will cover the cost of the declared value of your items. To file a claim for lost or damaged items, you may either contact us at Support@GoSend.com or file claims directly with the carriers including DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Cracked eyeshadows are not considered damaged items and will not be refunded. To learn more about how to repair cracked shadows or powders, click here.
We cannot claim responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items shipped from the retailer to us. The products you purchase are the retailer's responsibility until they reach your GoSend locker. If an item arrives to your GoSend locker damaged, we will contact you and offer advice on resolving the issue with the retailer.
